Abstract:
The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgendered Climate Inventory (LGBTCI) is the only instrument that, from a holistic viewpoint, makes it possible to evaluate the workplace climate of support and/or hostility for LGBT workers. Recently, however its factor structure has been questioned. This study has the aim of investigating the factor structure of LGBTCI through more accurate procedures.
