Abstract:
The article analyzes the dynamics of development and the current state of existence of the websites of communes in Slovakia, which represent a database of their activities and serve as the main channel of communication between citizens and representatives of self-government. Based on the results of the online questionnaire, in which almost 60% of the addressed local governments participated, it is indicated that local governments have adapted to the use of social networks.
