Abstract:
The article analyzes venture capital funds that invest in enterprises seeking to achieve a positive impact on society (SIVC). The results show that the impact of SIVC on total assets is concentrated in the first years after the receipt of capital, and in subsequent years it disappears. The positive and significant impact of SIVC on sales is instead found in the long term.
