Abstract:
This paper reviews various approaches to mimicking the diffusion that free or encapsulated anticancer drugs would suffer in the intestine before reaching the bloodstream. The knowledge of the advantages and disadvatages these approaches have would allow for the best durg choices and the prediction of the best treatment.
