Abstract:
The study investigates whether longer (90-day) supply fills result in better adherence and persistence compared to shorter (30-day) ones. We score-matched 30- and 90-day interval fill patients and compared the percentage with a proportion of days covered (PDC) and percentage persistent to drug therapy over 12- and 24-months of follow-up.
