Abstract:
In this study, we examine alternative methods for traditional plasma sampling to provide therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) results faster. For this, an LC-MS/MS method was used to determine tyrosine kinase inhibitors in dried blood samples. The presented method was proven potentially effective in clinical follow-up studies for determining tyrosine kinase inhibitors.
