Abstract:
The study examines the phenotypic changes of innate lymphoid cells in active tuberculosis (TB) disease, with the focus laid on IL-17 response. For this, patients with TB and healthy subjects were exposed to clinical examination and peripheral blood collection. Results show that innate lymphoid cells were upregulated and exhibited IL-17-expressing phenotype.
