Abstract:
Improving the effectiveness of emergency medical care is an urgent issue in organizing the activities of emergency medicine. Against the backdrop of the COVID-19 pandemic, organizational issues such as improving the effectiveness of medical personnel to ensure the provision of medical assistance in the elimination of the consequences of emergencies, reducing the cost of fuel and lubricants, prompt and round-the-clock response to calls for emergency medical care, the implementation of early diagnosis acquire increasing importance. At the same time, despite the increasing importance, research on the organization of patient admission is currently limited. The results of the study show that patient admission efficiency can be significantly improved through the implementation of a supervising system, case management, and that the parameters of the system affect the effectiveness of emergency care and treatment.
