Abstract:
Sustainable development requires an equalization of the consumer value of eco-designed products with traditional industry products. Eco-design products need to be successful in the market on their own through added value, not public service announcements or increased user awareness, which cannot always be counted on. To guide the creative process, the study identified key principles for effective sustainable design that increase the likelihood of success for new products. The results were verified through successive peer review sessions that confirmed the consistency of success and values with creative ideas and sustainability.
