Abstract:
The paper explores the impact of mobile payments on firm performance by developing a model based on the structure of technology, organization and environment (OO structure), including relative advantages, complexity, interoperability, innovativeness, knowledge of mobile payments, critical mass, competitiveness. pressure and external support. The results show that OO factors, including relative advantage, innovativeness, knowledge of mobile payments, critical mass, competitive pressure, and external support, can predict a firm. representation.
