Abstract:
The article explores the role of human capital in the initial placement of coins. Based on the analysis of ICO projects, an econometric model was developed that measures the impact of team characteristics on the success of the project. The database was collected from two data sources and consists of 3158 profiles and 340 ICO projects. The results show that the command variables contribute significantly to the success of the project. Our data shows that the location of people contributes to the success of projects as well as the creation of networks of promoters.
