Abstract:
The article analyzes the problem of the informal sector in Russia and the consequences of this in terms of the dynamics of wages. The study is based on an assessment of the informal wage gap on average and by the distribution of wages based on a monitoring study of the economic situation during 20XX - 20XX. The results show that informal wage fines were relatively small throughout the period and did not imply highly segmented labor markets, even at low wages.
