Abstract:
The physiological and metabolic effects of experimental overfeeding have been extensively studied, yet only few studies have assessed overfeeding effects on eating behaviors and psychological constructs. We analyzed two 8-week overfeeding studies, the PROOF Study and the EAT Study.
