Abstract:
This study aims to determine if Telephone-based Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (T-CBT) is as effective as the Treatment as Usual CBT (TAU-CBT) delivered face to face. For this, we evaluate the psychological benefits and costs of the two therapy models.
