Abstract:
In this study, we investigate pathways through which people who experience a certain type of content, say visuals (such as graffiti), become conscious (content-based thinking). Participants were shown some images and asked to voice their thoughts about what they have seen aloud. The following three pathways were identified: direct perception, apperception, and restructuring thinking.
