Abstract:
In this study, we investigate the influence of wish-making on the mental health of workers during the COVID-19 pandemic. We determine how this coping strategy helps employees to combat the psychological effects of the pandemic (and other challenges in life) and regulate their affective well-being and behaviors at work.
