Abstract:
This study aims to determine whether qualified job seekers in the video gaming industry, potentially talented and ambitious, would prefer companies with high profile reputations over candidates with lower profile reputations. The role of corporate reputation was also investigated. In addition, we took a look at strategies used by video gaming companies with better and less favourable online reviews to attract talents to determine how effective they are.
