Abstract:
However, microbial contamination of peanuts and peanut products during production and storage can greatly affect market access for producers. In this study, we interviewed households to assess current production practices, storage methods, and producers’ prior knowledge of microbial contamination to determine which approach is best when it comes to food safety.
