Abstract:
In this study, we examined whether family policies reduce food insecurity. For this, we processed experience-based measures of food insecurity and sociodemographic characteristics, as well as data on the type and generosity of working family policies. The association between the presence of family policies for households with children and the probability of reporting moderate or severe food insecurity was then determined.
