Abstract:
Curcumin (Cur) is a highly potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory agent against various diseases, but it does have major problems, such as poor solubility and low bioavailability in water. To eliminate these problems, nanocomposites containing Cur were developed. The antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects of such nanocomposites are the central topic of this study.
