Abstract:
We study the protective effect of Rg1 in neuroinflammation induced by the lipopolysaccharide (LPS) challenge. The exposure to LPS for 14 days significantly induces cognitive impairment and causes the activation of NLRP1 inflammasome. Treatment with Rg1 significantly improved cognitive impairment and inhibited the activation of NLRP1 inflammasome.
