Abstract:
This study assessed the effects of integrated nutrition education targeting on households on adoption of biofortified foods. The education initiatives included exercise books, posters, and literary works about biofortified crops, and mobile text messages. The finding implies that multi-channeled nutrition education interventions targeted at both preschoolers and their caregivers can be effective in ensuring sustainable adoption of of biofortified foods.
