Abstract:
Currently, the most important contributions in the field of orthopaedics focus on trying to improve the materials we use for joint replacement and to minimize the morbidity of the surgeries. This study seeks to investigate the scientific contributions of Stanley Hoppenfeld, the father of hip resurfacing arthroplasty.
