Abstract:
The study aims to determine the efficacy of 30-min mindful breathing sessions in lifting the symptom burden associated with the condition of haematological cancer. Using a randomised control trial, we found that a single session of 30-min mindful breathing was effective in reducing fatigue. Hence, it can be part of standard treatment.
