Abstract:
This study examines the response of osteoarthritic synovial cells to lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and investigates the combined effect of curcumin, bromelain and harpagophytum. Proteomic analysis demonstrated that LPS induces the expression of numerous proteins involved in the osteoarthritis process. The combination of three vegetal compounds had an anti-inflammatory effect.
