Abstract:
This study expands the knowledge about the risk for coronary artery disease (CAD) among older adults living in rural areas. Using the cross-sectional study design, the stude determined the association between demographic variables, risk profiles, and health behaviours. These findings highlight the need for culturally sensitive guidance to improve CAD outcomes, including education concerning the risk and risk-reducing strategies.
