Abstract:
We study the synergistic activity of some flavonoids (i.e., rutin) and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), such as naproxen, ketorolac, and diclofenac. The study involves in vitro and in vivo assays. Rutin alone and in combination with NSAIDs decreased nitric oxide production.
