Abstract:
We examine whether the inverse Gottron’s sign, rare but specific symptom, could be a clue to an underlying dermatomyositis in patients with interstitial lung disease. Anti-MDA5 antibodies predict a specific subtype of dermatomyositis with cutaneous manifestations and rapidly progressive interstitial lung disease.
