Abstract:
The paper aims to explore dietitians and nutritionists descriptions of patient-centered care (PCC), measure their, preferences and identify factors affecting them. For this, a survey including two open-ended questions was used, along with the Patient-Practitioner Orientation Scale (PPOS). A range of factors that could influence PCC were expert reviewed and pilot tested.
