Abstract:
Graphene oxide (GO), a derivative of graphene with a hydrophilic 2D crystalline nanostructure and being an exfoliated form of graphite, is designed with several oxygen-functional groups. Due to its characteristics it has attracted much interest for applications for gas separation membranes. This review focuses on GO-containing membranes for gas separation.
Keywords:
Gas separation membranes; Graphene oxide; Reduced graphene oxide
