Abstract:
The effect of flame retardants on the combustibility and mechanical properties of cable polyethylene based on commercial materials is discussed. It was shown that, by addition bromine-containing flame retardant with antimony trioxide to the polyethylene, its combustibility can be controlled with retention of basic performance of material.
