Abstract:
A theoretical investigation is presented for the bright and dark solitons inquantum magnetized semiconductor plasma systems. The plasma system consists of electrons, holes, and ions, all existed in a quantizing magnetic field. The Zakharov–Kuznetsov (ZK) equation is derived by using the reductive perturbation method. The bright and the dark soliton solutions are derived for the ZK equation. The electric field and the soliton energy were also derived.
