Abstract:
2D materials have many advantages in manufacturing sensors due to their high surface-volume ratio, rich electrochemically active sites, and other unique performances. This paper prepared rGO/MoS2 composites with annealed reduced graphene oxide (rGO) and MoS2 by ultrasonic method.
