Abstract:
The paper deals with a tunable sustainable optimization problem that exists in the field of supply chains. It is envisaged to find a flow that is resistant to failures using data on a given set of suppliers and demand nodes. It is intended to identify a flow that minimizes the worst-case amount of shortage after optimal mitigation has been performed. The research results show that sustainable optimization problems can be solved accurately with reasonable performance.
Keywords:
supply chain, flow resistant to failures, optimization, demand nodes
