Abstract:
The participation of hired personnel in the ownership of the enterprise is one of the factors in the development of modern labor motivation. Possession of shares in “own” company mitigates the consequences of the alienation of the employee from property, stimulates him to contribute to the achievement of the economic and financial success of the organization, and to increase competitiveness in the market. Participatory management is one of the modern methods of management, providing for its democratization, the participation of employees in production management. This paper explores the relationship between employee participation in decision making and productivity, as well as the relationship between human resources management and employee well-being.
