Abstract:
The study looks at New Zealand filmmaking since 1965 and provides an in-depth analysis of three documentaries filmed prior to 1971. The study focuses on the citys representation in New Zealand cinema, and three case studies focus on the nations capital, Wellington. Explores local and global social and cultural change, a new take on cinematography from New Zealand.
