Abstract:
Celebrated artist, writer and comic book master Emil Ferris main stories about her personal history, comics and monsters, which she shared with Whitney Porter before speaking on the University of Michigan State University Comics Forum. Ferris reveals his own philosophy of finding oneself and the need to accept monstry in oneself. She characterizes comics without text as a smoothie world and warns comic book artists against being ideological and talks about what she personally sees in wanting to be in comics. According to her views, it is necessary to pay more attention to the Earth, an appeal to nature and reality, in order to reveal in yourself your monsters and share your stories with the world.
