Abstract:
The School Language Project (SLP) offers a response to the challenge of improving students communicative competence from an interdisciplinary perspective and constitutes a space for coordination, innovation and transformation in the educational field. In this article a theoretical approach to the concept of SLP is carried out, which gives way to the description of a specific intervention proposal. This description is completed and illustrated with a qualitative and quantitative analysis of data from the development of the program, which focuses on the work of communication skills and the perceptions of the teachers involved in its implementation. Results of the analysis suggest that SPL constitutes a possible model when it comes to promoting actions to improve the educational centers.
