Abstract:
The research proposes a fundamental model to analyse the role of management in organisational performance by assessing an alternative factors of influence such as strategic flexibility, the adoption of information, knowledge management, corporate governance, firms resilience, communication, and technology. The research finds that the adoption of information, communication, and technology supported by corporate governance have a positive impact on organisational performance. A special attention organisations should pay to the quality of products and workplace training and look beyond the traditional factors of influence.
