Abstract:
The article examines the main reasons for the differences in organizational change efforts. This study uses a case study in the automotive supply chain followed by a questionnaire distributed to four automotive supply chains that received 65 responses. The results show that organizational transformation can vary depending on the relationship between individual e-business technologies and their incentives (responsive, proactive and/or proactive), its scope (evolutionary or radical changes), and the degree of impact of organizational transformation (institutional and/or impact on business unit and/or supply chain level).
