Abstract:
The article proposes a holistic 4E (ethical_equity_environmental_economic) approach to better manage and manage FLW throughout the agri-food chain from upstream to downstream, taking into account business and consumer perspectives. The results show that a holistic approach to FLW can ensure the engagement of engaged and productive people, lead to the development of strategies and policies aimed at raising consumer awareness and approaches to entrepreneurial management, and can also lead to a treatment of FLW in the direction of ethics, fairness. , ecology and economic (i.e. efficient and effective) ways.
