Abstract:
The article analyzed data on condominiums from China with a special feature: condominiums in the same area have identical locations but different prices. The results show that larger, more expensive condominiums are less risky than smaller ones in the same location. In addition, for apartments of the same size, apartments with a higher price per square meter are less risky.
