Abstract:
The article examines the strategic strategies for increasing the assets and knowledge of a multinational enterprise (MNE) with an advanced economy. The results show that MNEs are developing an architecture, which is reflected in the mechanism, governance structure and timing, for the efficient transfer and effective assimilation of acquired knowledge and assets.
