Abstract:
The study aims to find out if there is a difference in entrepreneurial leadership style with four demographic variables (i.e., gender, age, educational level, and marital status). The results show that leadership is essential for an entrepreneur in order for his business structure (micro, small, medium enterprises) to survive and thrive.
