Abstract:
The article examines the impact of perceived obstacles on the set of inputs and outputs of the innovation process. Empirical results based on 6-10 surveys of business innovation in Chile confirm that perceived non-financial barriers such as knowledge, collaboration, market, demand, and regulation are just as important as perceived financial barriers.
