Abstract:
The article uses artificial intelligence and big data technologies to develop a prototype chatbot for veterinary consultations. The results show that perceived accuracy, perceived completeness, and perceived ease of use increased pet owner satisfaction with the veterinary consultation chatbot; The perceived convenience and satisfaction of pet owners increased the behavioral intent of pet owners to use the chatbot for veterinary consultations.
