Abstract:
This article uses the well-established Planned Behavior (TPB) model to explore the impact of students perceptions of diverse learning environments on their entrepreneurial intentions. The results show that students favorable perceptions of the respect their business schools show for diversity positively influence the formation of their entrepreneurial intentions through the mediating effects of personal attitudes towards entrepreneurship, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control.
