Abstract:
The article examines the prospects for the impact of IC on the efficiency of companies in the Indian financial sector. The results show a positive and significant relationship between IC and firm performance. The results also show that all components of IC, i.e. human capital, relational capital, technology capital and employed capital, have a significant impact on the performance of firms.
