Abstract:
The paper examines the impact of organizational factors (strategy, culture, information technology and structure) on knowledge transfer and innovation performance in the context of International Joint Venture (IJV) across ages and industries. The results show that four organizational factors, combined into one design, have a positive impact on knowledge transfer, which promotes innovation.
