Abstract:
The article examines the impact of family participation in business and the ability to innovate on the sustainable longevity of family firms. The results show a significant impact of family participation in business on the sustainable longevity of family firms and a partial mediation of innovation potential between family participation in business and the sustainable longevity of the company.
